It’s a five-hour deep clean where our DBS-checked team works through your home room by room. But really, it’s a way for you to see who we are and how we work — without committing to anything. Think of it as a proper introduction, not just a clean.

Is there any obligation to continue?

Absolutely none. The Reset is a one-off — no contract, no follow-up pressure. We want you to continue because you’ve seen the standard and made your own decision, not because you feel locked in. Most customers do carry on, but that’s always their choice.

What if five hours isn’t enough for my whole home?

That’s completely normal — depending on the size and condition of your home, we may not reach every room. Our priority is always quality over speed. We’d rather leave three rooms perfect than rush through six. If you move onto regular visits, we’ll pick up where we left off and build from there.

How do I know I can trust you?
