What is your hourly rate?

The hourly rate we charge does depend on what needs doing, the frequency of the cleaning required, your location, if you have pets and several other factors. We really like to have a chat with you to determine what you are after. We can then build a quote for you. It’s all no-obligation, and we can always work towards a particular budget if you have one.

Do you do in-home estimates or assessments?

We made a decision to not do in-home estimates.
Instead of scheduling a time to do an in-house estimate, coming up with a quote and then scheduling another time to do the cleaning, we would much rather save you time and offer our fixed rate prices and let you know our current availability in order to reserve an actual cleaning slot now.
Once we are at your home to clean, if you decide you want a deep clean or you want to add on services, all you’ll need to do is ask and we will do our best to accommodate you.
We offer fair, easy to understand prices with no hidden fees. And if we ever arrive at your home, and our cleaners assess that you’ll need a deep clean, we will be sure to first check with you first to get your approval.

Will I always have the same cleaner?

Yes. We will always provide you with the same cleaner for each visit. We strongly believe that building trust between you and your cleaner is central to providing an excellent, tailored cleaning service. Your cleaner will get to know you, your home and what you do and don’t want doing. If your cleaner is off sick or on holiday, you have the option to have a stand-in cleaner, but it is up to you.
We offer easy flat rate prices with no hidden fees. And if we ever arrive at your home, and our cleaners assess that you’ll need a deep clean, we will be sure to first check with you first to get your approval.

How do I pay?

It couldn’t be simpler! When we send you a quote, in order to approve it and get your first visit booked in, we will ask for a deposit. This is payable via Debit or Credit Card, and can be done straight from the emailed quote. Its 100% secure, using the same system that all banks use (we use Stripe, the largest online card processor in the world). Trusted Cleaning hold your card details anonymously (we cannot see them, even if we wanted to), and we will use that card to take payment for each clean. An invoice is sent after each visit, and payment taken immediately to settle that invoice. If you wish to change card details, you are able to do so at any time.

What notice period do you have?

You are not tied into any long term contract with us. You can cancel at any time, however we do require 24hrs notice before any visit.
We pride ourselves on providing an excellent service, and so therefore we aim to build long term relationships with our customers, based on that rather than any legal paperwork tying you to our services.

Do you do oven cleaning?

We can clean your oven as part of our regular cleaning visits. We can also give your oven a clean as part of any one-off clean. We must stress, however, that we are not a specialised oven cleaning company, so we cannot guarantee to get the same results as a specialist. If you would like a deep clean of your oven, please let us know and we can arrange for one of our contractors to carry out the work.
